Check all the fuses...

Make sure the battery connections are all good as well.

Did you guys make sure to get the oil out of the cylinders before trying to start it????

What James said, when you pulled the injectors did you remove the glow plugs and bump the motor over by hand or even with the starter before buttoning everything up? If not, you have a hydro locked motor...

But check all your connections first.

im not sure on most of that cause we rebuilt the motor ourselves and were sick of working on it so we sent it to a diesel shop for the injectors and this is the way we got it back also someone said it could be a harness under the valve cover for the injectors that might have been pinched or something i just dont know much about electronic injectors but have a hard time believing a pinched harness could cause all the electronic issues but as soon as we get a chance we'll tear into it and check all the grounds and go from there

A pinched, bad or anything else harness would not cause a no crank issue. You have a hydro'ed motor, a bad starter or a bad starter solenoid...

Have you tried jumping the starter solenoid on the passenger fender?

Wastegate will have nothing to do with smoke at idle. You have an issue. White smoke or Blue or???

At Idle?

You have something going on there. You could remove the turbo completely and not get any smoke at idle.
