boost seems low to me???

Damn I'll do it at a friends then how much pressure? 20?

I got some pics I'm going to be putting up.
Looks like it could have an up pipe leak but there's not that much black on the pipe.

I'm also going to wipe off the soot where it is on the pipes drive around a little and see if it comes back

The motor you pictured is the Vacumm pump for the AC/Defrost vents and the hubs if you have shift on the fly.

The up pipes are leaking a bit, I doubt that is all your issue, but its a good start.

I got the S&B on tonight so now boost is up to 18.5 so leak somewhere still could the waste gate just be set low?

Ok so I'm up to 18-19 psi now had a friend power break it and sprayed boots couldn't find anything boots seemed to get hard can't find any pipe leaks other then the one I post the pic of could it be the waste gate? If so how do I check that and fix it?

Try unpluging the wastegate and see, but I doubt that is your issue. Need to fix the up pipes, your loosing some there.
