ok idk wherer to post this so if needs moved feel free to move it but anyways.
are the back seats of a crew cab and extended cab the same?
im looking at sub boxes for my truck and want to knowif a extended cab box will work or not? thanks yall

Nope... Not even close. The X-cab box should fix however...

ok.... so the x-cab that goes under the seat shoud work for a crew also?
i have a sub in the old truck 77 150 i just want it in the new truck not in my getto box

eh it might. since the ex cabs seats fold up you have a little more room but on the crew you might have to un bolt your seat.

there is more room under the extended cab seat, get a shallow mount sub and put it behind your seat in your truck, i have two 12" shallow mounts behind mine and they give more then enough bass

do u like ur rockford fosgate's i have/had a 12" mtx jackhammer behind my seat in my 77 150 it is awesome just crap box me and friends made ha

i love my fosgates, i am switchin over to alpine's new shallow mount, that thing is a friggin beast! my big brother has one 10" shallow mount in his 2011 stroker and it hits hard as hell, i'm very impressed by alpine on this shallow mount sub

Sweet I've heard some shallow mounts that don't hit near as hard as standard subs but I guess they won't?
