HPOP gear access cover

hey guys i am wandering what is the proper sealant for reinstalling the gear access cover on the HPOP and also what are the torque specs on the two bolts that hold that thing on.

RVT... and just tight.

Very little oil comes by that...

You can see it at the bottom middle...
