Can you run a 6 pos chip and and EJWA at the same time on a 2000 Powerstroke?

no, the chip will over ride the edge. you can not stack things on a powerstroke like you can a cummins.

Actually, you can.

The Juice is not a programmer, so it will physically work with the chip.

Not a good idea, but it is possible.
