Default 1000 hp

wat would i have to consider when building one of these...
the question i basically trying to ask is are there any sall maticulous things that i can knock out now so i wont need to worry about replacing them later

future plan is to get engine reman through wide open performance and BTS tranny rebuild
wat other small things can i do to get that high without nitrous of course

1000hp will not happen without n2o unless you converted it to mechanical injection. Everything in your drive train will have to be upgraded to supper that kind of power.

good luck like said above me you will have to do about everything, to get the truck to handle that kind of power, and by all means your daily driving will be LONG gone at that power range in a 7.3

The highest I've seen without NOS or mechanical injection is mid-700's. ALOT of $$$ is needed to cross that 4 digit mark.

billet rods
girdle
push rods
valve springs
intercooler
BUILT transmission
terminator oil system
either a monster single or a twin set up, or possibly a good sized single and a procharger?
some 400/400 injectors
and a good amount of nitrous

i'm sure i'm leaving some stuff out so anyone else feel free to add or edit that, just kind of a quick few things i could think of off the top of my head

he'll be in it an EASY 18k i bet the girdle take a lot of man hours machining the block and such, billet rods are about 2700, girdle is about 1500, injectors that size are around 3000, the oil system is about 2500, built trans is 4500, then the turbo set up can range anywhere from 2k and up intercooler about 1600, push rods and springs around 600 including both so like 17k just in parts? then not to mention all the machining and labor if he can't do it himself
