What's the best hpop for stock to mild? The adrenaline?

 

there is no "best" hpop. it depends on what injectors you want to run. stock pump works good, adrenaline is a nice upgrade or im not sure if joey is still modding the 17.

 

Unless you get upgraded injectors, your stocker is fine as long as it can keep pressure...

As for nice aftermarket units...Adrenaline, SRP1, and TE modded 17*.

 

Ya I figured when I get to the point probably just stage 2's sense I'll have pmr's in the truck unfortunately

 

The guy told me theres something up with the stock one I just don't remember what so I'm probably going to get the adrenaline

 

Keep in mind you will be going from AD split shots to stage 2 single shots...Stock AD's are super oil hungry so if the HPOP holds pressure, running single shots and you might be alright with the stock HPOP. If it does need more oil a good inexpensive choice is the TE modded pump or one of the other pumps i mentioned.

If all your doing is stage 2s I would keep the stocker for now till you figure out how well it will run the injectors. Lots of people have run stage 2s with the stock pump

 

Ok so talked to him and he said the stick one is good but I could upgrade to adrenline and he's heard it's really good and can increase power and mpg's a little cuz more pressure. He's an auto teacher do y'all think he's crazy or right? Lol

 

He is right, an aftermarket pump is good. But you don't need it right now... If you want to spend your money, go for it. If your HPOP is functional and holds pressure the way it is, run it.
