Default Tune up on a 99 f350 7.3. What should I do?

I have about 169300 miles on it now. I don't drive it very much. It sits in the driveway most of the time. I keep up on the oils and the fluids, what else do I need to think about when it comes to a tune up on a diesel? If you have any input on this or what you would do, your info would be great. I do want to do the work myself if I can.

Thanks.

not really anything you can "tune up". keep fresh fluids and filters in it and thats about it.

change the engine oil and filter. change fuel filter. if it's needed you can flush the cooling system. if you get bored you can change the oil in your diffs. tranny flush. that's about it.

that guy is an idiot, you do not need to do that. the oil is the reservoir get changed out as fast the injectors can use it.

No tune up needed. If something is broke, fix it. Otherwise change the fluids when needed and drive it.

No valve ajustments on a psd, no sensors that need replaced. Just enjoy!

And dont do the "top end oil change"... If you want to change the top end oil, blip the throttle hard once or twice... Oil changed.
