Pour a bottle of CPR Engine flush in it. Designed for the HPOP and Injectors. Makes a world of difference. It's hard to get a hold of, Most shops are concerned with owners doing oil flushes. Just follow the instructions carefully and possibly do an additional oil change after if your concerned.
Usually our customers claim better driveability, better mileage, better cold starts and less fuel odor.

Wow thanks for the input on this. I have done the top end once before, but that's when I got the truck 4 years ago. I do get some vibrattion around speeds of 35 to 50 mph and then when I hit 55 it goes away. Infact it runs better at 70mph. Also I did the zoodad mod the other day and I love it. I really feel the diff on it. My truck gets up a little faster now WOT feels good. I will post pic's later.

It's used in virtually every ford dealership, with the exception of a few which use other oil products that do the same thing. It's great for the high pressure oil system, We've used it for years without any problems what so ever.

BG 109 Compression Performance Restoration is a revolutionary formula with proven “ring-clean” technology. Safe for use in diesel and rotary engines.

He is a complete idiot. Without a doubt one of the dumbest people out there.

If he had any understanding of how the HPO system worked he would know that changing the HPO is done every time you start the truck. It is not a closed loop system.

He has no idea how the tranny works, no idea how to calculate power... He thinks by stacking a superchips, Nitrous and propane you can make your self a 600hp truck.
