ok so i might be getting an 2002 7.3 for $11,000 with 21,000 on rebuild. if all goes well with the bank should know next week!!!
but any ways the truck has an edge evolution with the screen before the cs and cts if lets say i got a ts chip could i keep the screen hooked up like for the gauges instead of buying news ones?
and where can i get an 08 or newer bed?
and a new leather seat?

for the edge you should be able to. i run the edge cts for my gauges but know that u r still gunna wanna grab a boost gauge bc the factory map wont read boost about 24ish psi (ive heard 23-28psi but mine doesnt read over 24)

for a bed i would check a junkyard and the same for a seat

It's gonna be tough finding an 08+ bed in the junk yards as most of them are on the road. Seats are going to be easier to find. I could be wrong though, I'm just thinking that they will be hard to find in good condition and if you find one in good condition, it will probably cost you.

Ya the truck currently has an 08 bed but he hit a dear with the ranch hand the dear swung around and hit the bed so it's got a huge dent but he said he can get me a bed for 200 but I dont think it's gunna be an 08

The seat just has a rip in it but it leather so it might cost more

Not a bad price for a bed. Do you have any local reupholsters in your area, might look into that for the seats...Just a thought.

its hard but not as hard as u think atleast not around my area. up here ppl will drive off in a ditch destroy the front end and total the truck insurance gets them a new one and u can get a bed that has a few wisky dings. mind u ive never priced them but on trips lookin for other stuff ive seen some lying around

just go to a local hot shot place or any oilfield company and ask for their beds they took off to put on the flat bed, we have quite a few around town here and as far as the seats go, if the junk yard doesnt have any you could always get them re done, i'm getting mine re done black and blue sometime down the road
