no spool???

no spool???

I have an 01 F250 which doesn't seem to be spooling turbo or building any boost if it is spooling. (He truck does have high miles. I am wondering where should I start to fix this problem???

check all your intercooler boots and pipes, also your intake manifold and the boots on it, and the V-band clam on the back of the turbo, and hows your air filter look?

clean or put in a new filter and check the intercooler tubes.

ok if its the washable kind clean it, if not go buy a new one, then check your intercooler pipes and boots, v band clamp on turbo, and the intake manifold and the boots on it too

Well I know turbo is spooling but no boost. I was wondering if the wastegate could be stuck open? I checked the boots and they all looked and felt good. All were tight to.
