If your truck is 2000 then you are in the wrong forum for 7.3 engines. Someone in the 7.3 forum could probably better assist you.

Let me start with an apology to you as I should have tried to help you more. Sorry about that. To start with, you need to give a little more info. on what the truck has been doing. How long has it been doing this and will it finally start and run properly? Does it run rough? Assuming you eventually get it started again, does it run fine after that? Please, more information is necessary for anyone to properly help you.

You already had one thread... I put them together...

You have to give us more info then my truck turned off...

Mine did that several times today, most where when I turned the key off...

More info is helpful, but it could be your CPS or ICP. Check for oil in your ICP harness since its easy.

I guess you dont understand more information...

So lets see if we can get some questions answered...

How many miles on the truck?

What mods have you done to the truck?

What maintance have you done to the truck?

When the truck turns off does it restart right away?

If the truck does not restart is there any smoke while you are cranking?

If there is smoke while you are cranking what color is the smoke?

... Its not much, but its something to start with...

Your truck turns off could be one of about 468 sensors that the PCM watches... Should we just guess?

CAM sensor. The sensor is located on the front of the engine and is easy to replace and fairly in-expensive. Shut downs on a 7.3 was common at my last job where we had about 150 Powerstrokes. I would start there.

I would not... Not without more information...

Could be a CPS... Could be an IPR, Could be a IDM, Could be a ICP sensor... Could be any one of about 468 sensors...
