Gettin ready to do it myself, the motors are shot in my little ones anyway... call an auto dismantler or Ebay for your best deal on a set. Your best bet is a dismantler or junk yard to check the operation first.

here is the link i used to put on my 02 powerstroke.. it wasnt hard at all. it is def a case of beer and a weekend job.
