Default High Pressure Oil Pump Return Lines 01 Powerstroke

Hello, I have a 2001 Ford 7.3 PS Dually with about 140,000 miles. I need to replace the high pressure lines which go to both heads. This is like the third time in the last two years. The hoses are OK but it appears they are leaking at the "O" rings. Any suggestions why so often? Is there a better upgrade?

Replace the O rings... But I dont understand why it is happening. I've got 200k on my truck, and the Excursion has 175k with no issues...

Where are you getting your o-rings? If you got some standard rubber o-rings there is your problem. They are special hydraulic o-rings that go in there.
