Question Turbo help

I have a 99.5 spd and was told i could change the intake side vane of mine to something else i think it was fron a 95-98 and it helps, i was also told i could change the exahust side vane to a 6.0L and it spools faster. I have been reading online and no one really breaks it down. can anyone help?

Cheers

i dunno about all that but you can go to a ported housing and it'll do pretty good on spool up and also stop the surge

What your looking for is a Wicked wheel, which helps stop surge, but does nothing for performance. There is nothing on the exhaust side that you can do other then change housings, and they have nothing to do with the 6.0 turbo.

What are your problems or issues with the truck? Goals?

Where are you at in AZ? I am down here now working in the PHX area, be happy to meet you somewhere and look it over!

I have an early 99, I just want nore out of my turbo. I read the spec sheet on the turbo and they say it will push 30 psi at sea level. also does anyone know the difference about early and late 99's. I have noticed a few things but nothing major.
