The family here has a 01 7.3 6 spd with about 250000 miles on er, reckon that's too many miles to put a set of sticks and a programmer on jus to pull the horses and cattle up and down the hills here in the ozarks? And if not then what would be best without havin to empty the pockets.

 

If you have not done any mods to it at this point, I would throw an intake, exhaust and chip (along with a set of gauges) and run it.

Its never too late to mod a motor, just need to make sure its in good shape...
