Default truck stays running

I have an 02 f250 diesel after turning key off truck it keeps running for about 10 sec.
at idle, its dies after 10 sec or if I give it throttle any ideas on the problem? also engine light came on with code 1690 wgs so replaced after testing. it was good for about a week
then same code any help?

does it have a turbo timer on it?

or your fuel shutoff solenoid?

shutoff solenoid shouldn't do the ten seconds then go off. i'm gonna say turbo timer

does it have a remote start installed? if its not that then i have no idea what else it could be??

Can you get a video of this? I have been avoiding this thread for a few days because I have no idea what could cause this... When you turn the key off the PCM and IDM stop getting power, once that happens, no more fuel...

Only thing I can think of is leaking oil or fuel into the cylinders, but hitting the throttle should have no effect on this...

Kinda got me stumped!
