a buddy of mine has a 02 f-350 crew cab he just installed DI headers and up pipe kit still only gets 10-13 psi of boost he runs a superchips programmer he should be 20-23 psi of boost if anyone can help with this please feel free to post thanks.

 

Sounds like maybe a hole in a boot, loose clamp. Where is the sensor installed at in the system?

 

headers and or up pipes are leaking


is it getting hot also ?

 

how much throttle is he givin it. headers hold more air volume meaning it'd be harder to build the pressure

 

psi was at WOT not sure on temps but found that it has a blowen IC boot after plugging wastegate
