99 F350 7.3 cranks fine. no noise from fuel pump, or under hood, no fuel at filter housing. Could it be just the pump, or? Took out filter put in supplement got light smoke for a second still no fire.

 

i would check power an grounds at pump first before you throw the cash for a new pump. then if that looks good then the only thing it could be is the pump if you dont hear ne noise from it. but like i said take the cheapes routs first, check fuses, relays, an powers an grounds first.
