Default Injector testing

I recently saw a video on how to identify a bad injector by removing the valve cover and looking for oil coming out of the deflector tubes and also pulling the connector wires and listening for change in the idle sound and idle speed. With this test all of my injectors seem to be operating. Can the injectors still be malfunctioning even though the test I did at idle rpm's prove to be good ? my idle sounds smooth but at 1300 rpm almost sound like the engine is pulsating commensence tells me this is not normal..... Is it? Sorry for all the ?'s guys I am new at this.

Went down to local mechanic shop today and had the truck scanned for codes no codes found did a buzz test all injectors sounded really good from what he said and from what I saw on the video demo on the internet they sounded really good to me also. Bought 8 injector oring kits going to pull all of the injectors and replace the orings on them to make sure i don't have someting leaking past the injector causing the flutter . also have an oil leak at the top of the motor thats contributing to the long starts and a small fuel leak that also isn't helping.

Wish I was still down in AZ to give you a hand...

Need to find someone who can run a cylinder contrubution test, buzz test, KOER test and run some scans... Just running a buzz test by itself will not tell you much.
