Default Can't figure out???

I have a 99' F-350 with a 7.3 Powerstroke engine. Several months ago, It lost almost all power (had to limp it home) and pouring white smoke out. I scanned it, which said- Imbalance on #1 injector, and the KA memory in the ECM was bad. I replaced the ECM and the #1 injector. Scan now show no trouble codes at all, but still pouring white smoke, and the #1 cylinder in cold on the exhaust manifold. When running, has little power and missing as bad as it was to start with even after running for at least an hour. On scan now, shows this :
#1- 3.1%, #2 thru #7-0.0 and #8-changes between 0.6 and 2.6. and still no trouble codes.
Any ideas what to look at next???
