Default Non Frame off Restoration

All i'm wanting to do is clean up the underside. I have a decent size lift and since moving back to Kansas the salt has made it look pretty nasty under there. Is there a clean way to paint it black again under there with out pulling suspension parts or the cab off the frame rails?

Wire wheel what you can see and prime and paint. I have used tractor primer and paint pretty sucessfully, but this year we're trying out the por-15 system. We're also shooting Fluid Film on the entire underside to see if it really works to slow corrosion. I think its very similar to Rust Check, but costs about $30 to shoot an entire truck undercarriage and it also will lubricate anything it touches.
