Default GM diesel tech needs help

I have a '99 powerstoke, starts, lacks power, heavy smoke white (fuel) and knocks. Check compression on all cylinders, 400-500psi on all cyl. Noticed when doing compression test, it appaered to have fuel spray from glow plug holes. I am assuming that it needs injectors. Has dtc p1212 stored, Check oil level in oil pump resvoir was full. When I ran the engine and monitered data on scan tool, oil pressure seemed to match actual to desired. Not quite sure where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like bad injectors.

Fuel spray from glow plug holes equals bad injectors or injectors that have become unseated (loose hold down bolts).
