When you turn the 4x4 on with ac on does it start to come out the defrost vesnts? You either have a going bad vacuum pump or more than likely a leak somewhere on the vacuum lines.

Check your fuses. Then crawl under the truck and unplug the switch at the T-case and fill the connection with Dielectric grease, plug it back in and try again.

Sounds like a blown fuse... Vacumn leak would NOT keep the T-case from engaging, just keep the 4x4 from locking up.

I checked my connection, an only found one fuse for the 4 wheel drive and it was good. Am i missing a fuse or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks

Did you do any trouble shooting at the connection? Is your vacuum pump working?
