Default bad vibration

ok i have went through wheel bearings, carrier bearing, etc.. and cannot find where this vibration is, its from 25 on, doesn't come and go its consistent, hubs are free, i even backed up for about a 1/4 mile last night and still nothing, you can barely feel it in the steering wheel, and the vibration and sound feels and sounds like its right under the driver side floor board

my tires are all balanced, and you cannot feel it in the steering wheel, you can feel it behind the gas and brake, like on the floor board, and you can hear it very well too, its driving me insane

When did the virbration start? Did somone change the u-joints in the driveshaft? If they were changed check and may sure they are indexed properly.
