exhaust brake + 7.3 anybody done it, was it worth it, any problems?

my buddy has one on an 01 and no problems so far, it does help it warm up a lot quicker in the winter, and it helps quite a bit towing from what i can tell, never personally had a load behind it but from the passanger seat it you can feel i a difference

ya I just wasn't sure if that was a big no no, those brakes are pretty trick when they work properly, saves the truck too
