Where are you located?

Slow down a bit and use some puncuation, your killin me trying to read that.

Sounds like you replaced both UVC harnesses and an injector right?

Not sure what else you have done.

Get the specific codes that you pulled.

sorry im just tired of chaseing it. But that is the only code now inj 8 and when the truck runs really good the icp code higher/lower. The truck is stock but has a pipe on it but im not sure what they guy before me had on it all of my friends think it is the hpop because when you have it on the computer diveing down the road it does not get over 3000 psi untill you let off the gas other wise it stays around 1900 to 2450 concord nc close to the mall. Yes the valve covers have been done

It should not be over 3000psi if your off the peddle. ICP pressures should move just like the throttle position, the more you push down the more ICP you get. Extreamly simplified but...

You installed a new injector? I assume you used new o rings?

this does not sound like an hpop issue at all. when the truck runs good you have good power as well? my guess is a loose connection somewhere.. if you have an oil issue its constant ive never seen a hpo issue that came and went... can you run a buzz test? buzz them out and see what number 8 sounds like if anything..

Check the IPR, make sure the backing nut is tight. Sounds like an electrical issue somewhere.

Great... In order to install the IPR you have to remove the backing nut... then install the IPR, the electronic controler and the backing nut...

Make sure the backing nut it tight.

If not it will allow the control part of the IPR to move back and forth on the stud, causing what you are talking about. Not saying this is IT but its another piece of the puzzle.

Pull the valve covers, check all the connections to all injectors, the wire harness the UVC harness and the main wire harness. Get some Dielectric grease and fill every one of them with it.

You have an electrical issue somewhere.
