hi
my dad is looking at upgrading from a 96 powerstroke to a 99-03 powerstroke just wanted to know what if any problem they have or things to avoid thanks for readin

Nope... Same minor issues... CPS, Trannys... Other then that they are just more powerful as the years go on.
