Default losing juice fast!

so let me start with what the truck has already had done to it. brand new starter , re man alt. and new batteries, turn key on truck starts up let it sit watch the volts drop to around 8-10 rev up to 1800-2000 the voltmeter gauge shows normal then shut it off and immediatly go to turn it back on voltmeter gauge reads 8 what can cause this?

ok well un hook your secound battery competely, thats the one that only has the power cable from they other battery, then hook up a digital multimeter to your main battery an put it on amps. then loosen up your negitave battery cable. hook one lead directly to the neg batt pst. an one directly to the neg batt lead. then slowly pull the lead off the terminal with the leads still hooked up set it off to side your meter should be reading around 5 or so amps depending on whats on, then shut doors, lights, unplug hood light an let sit. it may take up to 30 mins for all module to fall asleep. an then if no draw your meter should read close to 0. maybe 0.1-0.2 amps. if you get anything higher then something is not falling asleep usually if thats the case its a module. hopefully thats helps. an hopefully someone will give you some more input. let me know how it goes.

i put my batteries on trickle charge the other day over night then yesterday i went to start the truck and it sucked the juice right out of them before the wait to start light went off... i guess im gonna have to go get some new batteries.
