ok i have a oil leak that has gotten worse, its coming from the back passenger side ive looked under neath and i can see it dripping from and oil pan bolt then on to the starter then on the ground, so my question is what is more likely to be the rear main seal the head gasket or the oil pan gasket??? any help would sure be helpful!!!!

 

More then likely its a turbo pedistal leak... Or a HPO leak... Check the valley...

 

ya i just checked it the oil line on the front of the hpop is leaking and running in the valley and back, the seals from a dealer is 180 bucks cause oriellys dont carry em is there any substitute for that?

 

Not really... You should replace the line depending on where its leaking...

 

Just get the Ford parts.

Don't waste your time or money on something that's not going to last at least as long as the originals.

You will get what you pay for and you will end up doing it again just a little bit down the road.

 

its leaking where the line screws into the hpop, i had the ol lady rev it up alil bit with me on the motor and i could see it running down the side of the hpop.
