fuel mile drop bad

Default fuel mile drop bad

i have a 2001 f250 7.3. i was getting about 14 mpg and then all of a sudden i can watch the fuel gauge drop. looked no leaks. the line for my boost gauge is broke could that be part of problem.

I dont think that is related to boost. Check very close in the valley there may be a little amount from the fuel bowl drain valve or something. And it never hurts to clean the ebp sensor

also might want to check all of your filters, intake, fuel, etc... one may be clogged and causing it, is it throwing any codes?

intake temp to high, cam position sensor, above or below desired fuel pressure. are the codes it is throwing

New fuel filter new air filter i recommend the 6637 diy. And you could change cam sensor but I dont think it will do anything it is either bad or it isnt.
