Default Coolant Leak

My 2000 Ford F250 Superduty 7.3 leaks coolant at front of engine only when cold.Sometimes nothing sometimes a steady drip.I cant see weephole and havent had a water pump go out and leak only when sitting still and cold.Cold in San Diego is 60 degrees. Thanks in advance.Jim

coolant leaks can be hard to find up front like that because the fan blows the coolant all over the place and ya cant pin point it..........I would bet on the water pump myself, if it has over 100k on it then replace the pump, they are cheap anyway so this would be no biggie
