Default 7.3 Fuel Leak

Throwing this out there to see if I can get some help. Leaking fuel on the top of the engine and I have narrowed it down to the fuel cap. Questions are these?
1. Do I have to replace the cap or will the O-rings do?
2. Where do I get the O-rings?
3. Should the fuel heater be replaced also?
4. (this one has nothing to do with fuel leak) I just got the factory recall on the Camshaft Placement Shiftor Censor. I had the work done, will that help with cold cranking?
Look forward to the replies.
Sean

Ford put crush washers on the back side of the lift pump and they have been known to spring a leak on costly may be 10 to 15 dollars for the set but a pain in the tail section you have better have a large wrench also. it might be the lift pump might be going bad costly but not hard to do your self. check out the new diesel power mag Jan 2010 Page 116 and runs to 122 that might be anther fix if the years are right. ON the 2nd question no the crank censor will not help only the block heater in cold weather or a heated shop.
