i have 201k on my 6.0 ps. the only problem i've had ic related was 4 split intercooler boots at the turbo and one at the intercooler. granted mine only sees 35 psi but i've never had a problem with the intercooler.

Been running my 6.0 IC for about 3 years now hitting 25-30 PSI periodically without any problems. I expect the turbo to go before the IC.

I was a little disappointed to see less of a EGT drop than what I expected but I couldn't pass up the 6.0 IC for $50.

Joe is correct, nothing wrong with it, built like the 7.3 IC but questionable returns if you have to pay full price.

Hey guys, new to the site. This is a topic I've been wondering about. I got a 6.0 IC for free so I put it in. I did not have gauges at the time so I have no idea what it did in terms of boost or EGT. Seems like it takes a bit longer to spool up. You guys that have swapped them that have gauges did you notice any difference in boost? I would think it would go down a bit because of the bigger cooler. By the way, my 7.3 IC did not have plastic ports.
