2ND: the truck wants to surge and buck up an down when it goes into overdrive or when i want to cruz at a low speed.

Is this happening when cold engine or just after warm up???? I had a similar problem while truck warmed up and for a while after I started driving. It was my wastegate opening and closing to warm the motor. I unplugged the EBPV on the turbo and it has run like a top since... Let us know..Hope this helps.
it would make the sucking noise after i crank it and while im going down the road. and it does the surging during over drive or at low RPMS,. but i really preshate any info i can get!!! im a honda/ harley tech and this is a different world!! im gonna try unpluging the ebpv and see what it does
Probably time for a flush and filter on your trans. Sounds like your line pressures don't know what the hell they're supposed to be doin. For instance, with bad tuning on my full built trans, it tries to shift into OD at 30 MPH. Bucks like crazy and downshifts. That was a line pressure issue, so are you runnin tunes? Who's?
The rushing noise is your EBPV (exhaust back pressure valve) possibly malfunctioning. It closes to warm the truck up based on readings from the oil temp sensor, and intake air sensor. So it could in fact only be closing because the truck hasn't warmed up yet. Just because the dashboard gauge has reached normal don't mean the truck has warmed up. Depending on OAT, it can take some time after that for the oil temps to reach normal. You always wanna give it some time after it's reached normal temps before your engine is actually warmed up.
So, if you get that rushing sound even after the gauge has been on normal for 15 minutes or so during the winter, THEN you can probably be sure it has malfunctioned.

well i unplugged the EBPV and it stopped my sucking noise! so i been lettin it warm up before i drive it. the truck has strait exhaust and im running a Edge programmer. butim gonna change my trans fluid and filter this week. i thought about having it flushed but then the old filter would still be in there... what do yaw recomend?
Well you probably don't wanna hear it, but edge is the worst thing you can do to a 4R100. I'd recommend tradin that out before you need a rebuild.
I'd drop the pan, replace the filter, and then maybe look at doin a flush to make sure the trans cooler is flowing good.
