Its up to you... They are loud in the cab, be ready for that. If you have a wife and kids they will not like it.

I am strongly thinking of a single 6" stack on the passanger side. I would go duals, but I cant with the transfer tank.

Thanks...my wife actually likes it loud!!! God bless her I would also like to be able to hear it better. My current straight pipe is nice but i cant really hear it without the passenger window down. Too cold for that now.Also...will that affect black smoke and what do I have to do to get more

Smoke is going to require a chip or injectors. There is no 175hp program for the 7.3, what ever your running will put you at a max of 300hp.

Get a good chip from Swamps, DI, Tony Wildman or the sort and you should see a bit more smoke.

Stack look good on a Powerstroke.....

Get a TS 6pos Chip or Custom Tuned Chip

thanks guys. Obviously the guy I bought this truck from is one of those guys. He told me a guy programmed the computer, not with a chip but with a computer. How do I find out what the hell is really on this truck program wise. I want knoweledge and to know what I have and what it does. Thanks for the education guys I truely appreciate all you are doing.

I doubt it, Jody would not tell a guy he has a 175hp program on his PCM... I would bet the guy threw a superchips tuner on there and then lost the tuner.

Take it to ford when the time comes and have them flash the PCM back to stock. Then get a chip from Swamps, DI, Tony or even TS...
