Default shutter at take off

My 2000 crew cab 7.3 4*4 has a bit of a shutter at take off once in a while, I would guess it has something to do with the trany or torque convertor but the tranny perfoms well. Could it have something to do with the disc brakes or the rear end.

It could be a few differant things, but my first guess is a bit of a loose tranny. Is it only when loaded or all the time? If it does it when you are braking then it could be rotors, but if not its tranny related.

it is only when I start off once in a while, I think it might br the rotor but that might be wishfull thinking. I have not noticed any slipage in the tranny loaded or unloaded.
thanks for your input

I changed the rear end fluid with the non slip (stink fluid) and the shudder went away.

if you have a 2 peice drive shaft, its most likely the carrier bearing that supports the drive shaft, mine was doing the same thing. comeing from a stop light taking off it would shudder especailly when i got on it. doubtfully a rotor. unless its so bad its grabbing while driving, but im sure you would notice that alot more. an a rear end shutter, maybe, but you would feel that more on cornering. hope this helps.
