Default IDM help

What causes the Injector drive module to go out? I have 01 F-450 and the code it brought up were IDM and ECU failure. My local shop said the IDM was a $500 part, to me that sounds kinda pricey. What do u all think?

they can short out like any other electrical piece on a car/truck

500 sounds pricey. search around various fourms and you can find plenty cheaper than that

I offer IDM's pre-programmed for $399.00 plus the $300.00 Core.

IPR's are $229.00.

Shippings included on both.

What programing are you doing to a IDM? Are you modding them?

I have one that I took from a 2000 4500 superduty, I thought it would fit my 2500 but the numbers on the back were different, mine went after I shorted out one of the eletrionic brake controller. If this will work I will ship it for 200, check the numbers below for a match.
