it looks like he has the small piece of 4 in pushed into the stock intake hose and then the air filter stuck on the piece of 4 in. so no its not flex pipe.

Correct... Its the stock intake tube, with a 4" exhaust piece and then the filter... Its a Tymar Clone...

How much will the napa filter increase the whistle from the turbo?

a noticeable difference.its a better flowing filter than the stocker

i got a k&n filter on the stock intake, not too impressed with anything to do with that..but i got like a 100$ layin around right now so i think tomorrow im gonna see if i can get a little piece of exhaust pipe and a filter and rig one of these up... seems pretty simple

ok i did the napa air filter today. took me 15 minutes to put in after geting all the parts. my parents freaked out when they saw how big it was; all i could do was smile. the filter saved me about 50 bucks from a new stock filter. I LOVE THE SIZE too bigger the better
