Default fuel pressure spec hair puller

Hello, Thanks for the welcome.
I have an 01 PSD 350. It will not start unless on a block heater . It starts , then as it warms it will run on 8 eventually. At 2400 rpm's it will start to fall out and white smoke, Below that threshhold it will run clean. Snap throttle at any rpm and get the same smoke. Turbo is good, oil pressure good not airifying. Buzz test results in what seems like a cross apply, only two of the injectors will rattle distinctively, the rest cause what sounds like all of them to buzz lightly at the same time. No codes, cyl balance calls out 3 and 8 for being weak. KOER and all the tests are ok. fuel pres at 1500 rpm's is 1200, spikes to 2100 at the snap of the throttle. I cannot find specs anywhere on alldata. It can be driven but when power is called for there is very little. backpressure controls and sensors test out ok. At 150k miles is it just time for new injectors???????? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Jim

check the glow plug relay. and fuel pressure doesnt get that high on our engines. your probably referring to HPO system. mean ICP.(injector control pressure)

also i would replace the CPS. injectors 3 and 8 weak or failed are usually do to a bad CPS (cam positioning sensor) or one that is going bad
