Default Gauges

Looking into getting a chip and some gauges, my brother has glowshift on his 12v and im looking at those. But my question is what does the stock turbo run for boost? Im not sure to get the 35 or the 60. If it wont ever go past 35 with the stock turbo i will get that. Also, what is the max you want to run your egt? There is a 2400 and 1500 deg gauge. I think i want the 1500 right?

if you get the 60 psi guage and the 2400 egt guage then you wont have to upgrade your guages later when you start bombing it. just my .02

i would get more than those gauges imo.. i would get a trans temp (if auto) and water temp,

i know of quiet a few people around here running glow shift gauges and they dont like them, the pyros are off by 300-400 degree's thats with them mounted in the manifold (proper location)

what have you decided on
i like my fantom II's personally

Like stated before in several posts GlowShift Gauges are JUNK. Stick with Isspro, Autometer or DiPricol.

well do you still have an early 99 turbo set up?? do you think you will ever step up.
i know when i ran that set up i never say anything past 28psi on a good good day and i have 1600 degree gauge and that s fine.. any thing past 1300 for extended periods of time will cause damage so why need a 2400 degree gauge
