found this on another forum I use to visit, I installed the ones on the door and the tailgate. thought I would pass it along, might save someone from loosing there truck

It looks like a great product. But the reality is "A lock only keeps the honest man out" If a crook wants in bad enough they will get in.

You said it Red!!!! Shoot, these days it's almost like people blame the person that GOT robbed for not taking enough precautions. Way I see it, if we started cuttin people's hands off in town that **** would stop LOL.

the problem is on the Ford trucks you can very easily jam a screwdriver in just below the door handle and get at the door lock rods. also because Ford wasn't smart enough to use a chipped ignition key until like '08, once your in just pop the lock and go. if being a little precautions means my truck is still there when I get back, so be it.
