I just did my 08' diff cover install... perty straight forward though.....
and yah, the check engine light comes on when the pcm is requesting too much or too little icp from the pump outside normal ranges -- the light will clear after several minutes of driving around/allowing the high pressure oil pump to catch up... (as its been explained to me, but could be totally off base )

YA YA YA... LOL
Duty Cycle is how much "work" the HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump) is doing. Anything over 45-48% is MAXED out. I need dual HPOP's or a bigger single pump. Stock with just a chip you can tax the HPOP, but hybrids are easier on them then B code or stroked A code injectors.
I just have really large hybrids...
Very close, more lke once the PCM see's normal ranges for a few minutes it will turn out the light but still store a code.
With that scan gauge I can clear that code with just a few pushes of the buttons!
Anyother setting but the Extream and I stay in the 42-45% range at 2600-3000psi... That extream is... Extream. I am holding out for Termanators large single pump, dont want or need duals.
