Default All of a sudden runs rough then dies

I have a 2002 F250 7.3 all stock no modifications truck runs fine 90% of the time but then all of a sudden it starts running rough pull off to the side of the road it dies wait a bit and it'll start up runs rough then clears up and runs great no check engine light I have changed the ICP the IPR CPS EBP and clean the tube all sensors were 0EM and wastegate I can't figure it out there is no soft codes I've hooked it up to an A. E. Scanner buzz test checks out Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be I've been fighting this for about eight months now it does seem to do it when the outside temperature is cooler or it's raining. thank you in advance.

unless its a loose connection i dont think it would be an UVCH. mine had the same symptoms before i swapped the ICP. it did it more when it was cold out

Before I change the Pig tail and the ICP again I decided to check fuel vacuum well on my test I was coming up with 15 to 25 psi with just the ignition on so I decided that was too much pressure so I drop the fuel tank checked the sending unit screens and they were gummed up I cleaned them up and place everything back together and the truck seems to be running fine probably should have started with the fuel system in the first place thanks for your replys
