Default 7.3 engine knock and lots of smoke

Hey all. Hoping I can get some help here. My exhaust started throwing huge amounts of smoke yesterday. About thirty minutes later I got a really bad engine knock. I removed my driver side valve cover and couldn't find any bent pushrods. Ive removed the passenger side valve cover, but haven't had a chance to check the pushrods yet. My question, if I don't have any bent pushrods on the passenger side, what should I look for next? Here is a video of exactly what was happening with my truck.

Have you checked engine blow by? Id confirm its not a cracked piston. Very possible you could have lost an injector tip. Go to walmart get your hands on a laser temp reader aim it at you exhaust ports and find the cold cylinder. pull that valve cover unplug that injector see if it stop smoking. Pull that injector.
