Default Rough startup 7.3 help

I have an 01 7.3 with 95k on it that has begun to lope and run rough with a decent amount of unburnt diesel smoke out the exhaust and then after about a minute clear up and run fine. (Usually happens after sitting about 4 hours or more ) The gpr, batteries and icp sensor have checked out fine, and the problem happens at any ambient temp. If anyone could give me any suggestions it would be fantastic becuase I need this truck to stay a reliable tow rig!

relay tested good, could the glow plugs be realistically bad at only 95,000 miles. From what i have been hearing they seem to last a good while longer.

i would say they could be bad, ive put 130k on my pickup and ive put 3 sets in mine. if the relay has never been changed i would say its time to do it as well
