Hello New member here. And I really need some help.

I have a 2003 Super duty 350 with a 7.3 and it is running High egt's.

no load it runs around 800

loaded with 11000 lbs. trailer it will run 1200 to 1600 pulling a hill. Here is a list of what I have got done.

Any help would be grateful.

I Have a 4" lift in front
installed 4500# rear springs
4" turbo back exhaust
FFD 1.5 180 CC 30 over nozzles single shot. Adrenaline HPOP. International up pipe's .
AFE Big Boost Filter HYDRA chip with PHP tunes.
B&W turnover Ball Hitch
PRYO.Boost,Volt,Fuel Pressure gauge
GTP38R & boost Annihilator
Fuel Rail Crossover
High Flow Fuel CVD Fitting
AIH Delete plug Coolant Filter
Bilstein shocks all around toyo open country mt 315/75/16
In Tank mod pre pump filter
walbro fuel pump and hutch mod
6.0 Tranny Cooler

2010 ford mirror's power,turn,blinker,heated.

those dont sounf super high, i would look for a boost leak somewhere if you are concerned

 

I have checked and no leaks.

I was told no egts over 1200 or it will melt pistons.

 

you can hold 1250 all day long and never hurt a thing. you can go ever 1250 for short times
