Default Multiple questions

Hey guys wats up i would just like to make sure my start up issues are just glow plugs so wen i go to start up cold it starts to fire on some cylinders a few time trying to starts before it starts and when it starts it runs like a lope tune 2nd problem is when im driving on the highway sometimes it feels like its hitting a dead spot every 30 sec where it loses acceleration for a second and i floored it the other day when it was nice and warm and it felt like it shifted up and shifted down real quick cuz it accelerated then slowed down real quick. Possibly transmission trouble but the truck only has 95,000 miles on it. It is a early 99 f250 i bought it with 83,000 mi on it so i dont know the previous abuse.
3rd problem smoke from the turbo on start up i assume this means exhuast leak And i know the donut Seals on the up-pipes are a common leak on these Engines but i also heard they whistle when the go is it possible that its so bad its not whistling becuase i can barely hear my turbo im not sure if theres a loss of power becuase i havent had it very long but it is SLOW sorry to rant on but i know these motors are good and i want to keep it for a long time so i want to address serious problems befor i modify
help is appriciated thank you guys for a feedback at all

... Try unplugging map sensor. It's above passenger valve cover. In plugged mine and runs great. And there is another guy on here who unplugged his map sensor. Ironically no one has figured out why we have this problem. Good luck
