no rev

Starts fine and idles rough. Will not rev up - no rpms. After initial warm up of about 3 to 5 minutes rought idle goes away and it will rev up the rpms. No codes diagnostic codes. Any advice on what to check would be appreciated.

Check the flow meter, clean it out
