ok I've made a few threads without any responses but now im counting on you guys ok so recently i noticed a strange smell coming from my 99 f250 7.3 exhaust i cant put my finger on exactly what it smells like but its almost like burning rubber i use diesel kleen with cetane boost and i recently did the diy air filter mod i think its called tymar but other than that its bone stock also there is no black smoke there is some white smoke on cold mornings because i have some bad glow plugs but after the smoke goes it still smells any! thoughts at all would be appriciated

 

i wonder if you have like an oil break down or something and leaking into the system.

 

This is literally the dumbest thing ive ever done i had the parking brake on a little bit and my parking brake light was on there was alot of snow on the road and i thought that was why the truck was sluging but i realized the next time i drove it
